The director of The Rattray Group, Julian Rattray, started his working career in the early 90’s as a draftsman with acclaimed Melbourne architect, Rob Mills. With a driving passion for building he embarked on a personal journey - buying, building and renovating homes in bayside Melbourne.

The Rattray Group was formed in response to the demands of his clients. Many wanting Julian to do to to their homes - what he had long been doing to his own.
