Nhill is a small Wimmera Town and is the gateway to Wyperfeld National Park and the surrounding agricultural belt. About halfway between Adelaide and Melbourne it is a good stop over point. The eateries are a bit limited but will suit most diets. The Vietnamese Take away or dine in is good value. The BP Service station cafe is pretty ordinary and suffering from a staff shortage.

Friendly, multicultural town with a lovely bushwalking area around the lake. Mr.Le serves yummy food and beautiful pastries. Paw Ma is definitely worth a visit too; gorgeous handmade clothing and other items, and all for a good cause. I would highly recommend visiting Nhill and I’m looking forward to going back one day.

OK for overnight. Would look elsewhere if I stayed in Nhyll for a longer period. It could get quite noisy, due to being so close to the railway, and the main highway. Must add though, the managers/ owners were extremely helpful, and very pleasant, and the room was very clean., beds comfortable.

Good accomodation for short stay. Small bathroom but adequate for they stay. Clean and tidy. Friendly staff As I came back in the late evenings the I noticed the Motel car park was always nearly full every night in full as there were cars parked outside the motel on the main road. I liked my time there except for the nights it was a bit more noisy due to heavy traffic going by in the early hours of the mornings. That is not the fault of the Motel owners.

The motel was fine. I am a Vietnam Veteran who due to war injuries is entitled to a Service/Assistance Dog. The Union Hotel illegally refused me entry for a meal and were rude about it! Fortunately the Farmers pub was welcoming and friendly

The park and toilet facilities were lovely. The local Diner was friendly and enjoyed our meal. The local coffee shop was relaxing and good food. Went to Charisma Hair and had a lovely hairdresser who did my hair as I wanted. Overall we found a lot of empty and neglected buildings. We feel the council should consider upgrading the place to attract visitors to stay a bit longer. The Zero Inn Motel was excellent and offered lovely meals in a comfortable and clean restaurant.
